Speaking on the handing-over rite on the Police Headquarters in Accra on Thursday, December 4, President Mahama addressed the officials who will function the newly procured fleet, reminding them of the worth of the machines and the obligation hooked up to their use.
“To the officers who will be operating these vehicles, I wish to address you directly,” he started. “These equipments are expensive and hard to procure. So, you must use them judiciously and according to the rules.”
He stressed out that the security of police body of workers will have to stay a concern: “Your protection is vital. Always observe the security directions, put on seat belts when you find yourself using those cars in order that you offer protection to your self,” he cautioned.
