Former Tamale Central MP, Inusah Fuseini, has defined the stipulations below which Matthew Nyindam might be reinstated as MP for Kpandai, amid a rising constitutional dispute over the declaration of the seat vacant via the Speaker of Parliament.

Speaking on PleasureNews’ The Pulse on Tuesday, December 9, the previous lawmaker defined that Mr Nyindam’s go back to Parliament hinges on two key felony interventions.

“Matthew Nyindam will be reinstated as Member of Parliament for Kpandai if they arrest the implementation or the operationalisation of the letter written by the Clerk to Parliament and also stay the judgement of the High Court in Tamale,” Alhaji Fuseini stated.

He wired that after those felony steps are taken, Mr Nyindam’s position in Parliament would stay intact till the general resolution of the continuing case.

Alhaji Fuseini’s remarks come within the wake of a debatable letter despatched remaining week via the Parliamentary Service to the Electoral Commission (EC), confirming a emptiness within the Kpandai seat.
